BRIDGE HEALTH CLINIC
About Us
Teri and Kristy, who previously collaborated for several years in a family practice clinic in Greeley, forged a strong partnership as a cohesive team dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and nutritional support to each patient.
This collaborative approach facilitated individualized lifestyle and health changes, resulting in the reversal of many chronic conditions. In 2021, they took their shared vision to the next level by opening Bridge Health Clinic together. Grounded in the principles of Regenerative Medicine, their holistic and preventative approach, coupled with ongoing support, ensures the success of each patient's unique health journey.
