How Our Pricing Works
At Bridge Health Clinic, we believe your care shouldn't be dictated by what an insurance company decides to cover. That's why we operate as a direct-pay practice, which means you work directly with us — and we work directly for you.
We offer both membership plans and individual appointment options, so you can choose the level of care that fits your life and health goals.
Pricing varies depending on the services, frequency of care, and whether you're enrolling as an individual, couple, or family. We're happy to walk you through everything when you reach out.

Membership Options
Our membership plans are designed for patients who want an ongoing relationship with their healthcare team — not just an appointment when something goes wrong.
Individual - One-on-one care tailored to your personal health goals.
Couples - Get more for less when you and your partner enroll together.
Family - Whole-family care under one plan.
Each membership includes access to our Primary Care and Functional Medicine team, with the option to add specialty services including Functional Nutrition, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Regenerative Medicine, Weight Loss, and Adaptogens.
Individual & Specialty Appointments
Not ready for a membership? No problem. We also see patients for individual appointments and specialty consultations. This is a great option if you're already established with a primary care provider and are looking for targeted support in a specific area.
A Note on Insurance
Bridge Health Clinic is not contracted with insurance providers. We are a direct-pay practice, which allows us to spend the time with you that your care actually requires — without the limitations that come with insurance-based medicine.
Some patients use their HSA or FSA accounts to pay for services. We're also proud to offer CareCredit financing as a flexible payment option.
