Your continued use of the Site constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or modifications. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Nature of Services – Not a Patient-Physician Relationship
The content and information available on this Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes, and is not intended to constitute, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or the establishment of a physician-patient relationship.
A physician-patient relationship is only established through a signed Direct Primary Care Membership Agreement and upon your official enrollment as a patient of Bridge Health Clinic. Until such relationship is formally established in writing, communications through this website, including contact form submissions, do not create a provider-patient relationship and should not be relied upon as medical guidance.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on this website in situations that require urgent medical attention.
3. Direct Primary Care Membership
Bridge Health Clinic operates exclusively as Direct Primary Care practice. This means:

We do not accept health insurance as payment for our services.

Membership fees are paid directly to Bridge Health Clinic on a recurring basis as described in your Membership Agreement.

DPC membership does not replace health insurance. We strongly encourage all members to maintain a health insurance plan or health-sharing arrangement to cover services outside the scope of primary care, including specialist visits, hospitalizations, surgeries, imaging, and emergency care.

Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a representation that our membership services constitute insurance coverage of any kind.
4. Permitted Use of This Website
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
